D-Tatva

“D-Tatva” is for creating awareness about environmental  protection. It’s about educating children the importance of nature for healthy human living. How our consumption of natural resources impacts the ecosystem. How today’s consumerism is depleting  natural resources i.e flora and fauna , which are vital for the healthy existence of mankind on planet earth.  It’s about creating awareness on air pollution, water pollution, tree plantation, protection of animals, waste management and so much more. D-Tatva is educating about how the metals and minerals we use are scarce and we are consuming resources required by future generations.  D-Tatva is about creating awareness about how plastic is non degradable and harmful to the environment for generations to come.

The entire universe is made of five cardinal elements. Each living or non living entity in this world is also composed of the same five elements, which are called Panch-Tatva. The different proportion of these elements only separates objects from each other.

  1. Akash – Space Element

Akash Tatva is the space that exists beyond the stationary and moving elements of the universe.

  1. Vayu – Air Element

It represents the driving force for most of the elements existing in this cosmos. Different Vayus are present in the human body in the form of 5 Prana.

  1. Agni – Fire Element

It represents the energy that can be transformed into other types of energy. Every atom has some latent kind of energy present inside.

  1. Jal – Water Element

It gives the force which is necessary to attract different parts of an element and keep it together.

  1. Prithvi – Earth Element

This element provides the matrix to an element. As earth consists and represents the solid-state, it contributes to the same in an element.

All animate and inanimate things are made up of Panch Tatva. The biodiversity, the ecosystem or nature is all about PanchTatva. The substances which occur in nature e.g. Foods, plants, herbs, shrubs, sunlight, air, water, minerals, etc. have the same framework as that of a human body with respect to the concept of Pancha tattva. It sustains the health and articulates it with the environment for proper balancing of this chain.

If these elements are well proportionate to each other, it leads to a sound and healthy body. The equilibrium between the body and nature should be kept for better health. The disharmony in the composition can lead to malfunctioning of the body.
